Examples can include serious delays in treatment, incorrect treatment, failure to monitor a patient properly, or issuing bills for services that were not provided.
No. At this stage, there are allegations of negligence and wrongful billing which are being investigated. The purpose of this website is to identify affected patients, collect evidence, and, if appropriate, pursue legal action through the courts or relevant regulatory bodies.

There is no cost to complete the initial sign-up and case assessment. If you are a suitable participant, we will explain the proposed fee structure and funding arrangement in writing before you decide whether to proceed.
Medical negligence and group actions are often complex and can take months to several years to resolve, depending on investigations, negotiations, and court timetables. We will keep participants updated on major developments as they occur.
There are time limits (prescription periods) for medical negligence claims. In some situations there may be grounds to extend or interrupt those periods. Provide us with the exact dates as best you can, and we will assess whether your claim is still capable of being pursued.
